I know this question wasn't directed towards me, but....

It bothers me when people ask me to accept it as normal, acceptable behavior and to embrace it and to teach my children the same.

Bullpoop.

what is your definition of tolerance?
what is your definition of progress?
what is your definition of willful ignorance
and what is your definition of bigotry?

Let's hope no "sinner" crosses your path.

They just might find themselves in the hands of an angry god - like a spider dangling over the fires of hell.

Abandon all hope ye who enter.

I have been blessed enough to lead many people to the Lord both in a one to one situation and during teaching and ministering, so Praise the Lord that the truth will set people free....:)

Considering your professed regard for the bible, God, and Jesus (your trinity?) -- I would check your lack of fear for the Lord by putting words into his mouth.

I just can't get over that. I just don't understand how you could be so bold, and for a nefarious purpose.

be bold be strong for the Lord your God is with you...:)

why should I be ashamed of the Gospel...:)

i'm not asking if it bothers you...
i'm asking does homosexuality undermine, infringe or disregard you in any way?

i think "god" can take care of himself and can pass judgement without your assistance just fine

nope homosexuality does not infringe on me or anything else in any other way...:)

but it bothers God...:)

The last thing Jesus asks of us to go out and speak the truth of God, I assume from that God does want us to go and tell people what seperates them from him so if they want to do something about that seperation they can...:)

no he hasn't. he has displayed dishonest tactics by pussyfooting direct questions.
it's interesting he never asks questions, guess he knows everything

thats simply not true...:)

I answered every question....:)

I took acception when it got personal and when one person tried to twist my words..:)

In response to another thread where we are asked not to debate whether homosexuality is a sin, I wanted to create this one. In this one I want you to really think about it, question the very cores of your assumptions.

Christian Churches are laden with homosexuals. Just follow this dictum from your pastor or priest. FOLLOW WHAT I TEACH BUT DO NOT FOLLOW WHAT I DO IN PRIVATE. This will make sense to all your questions on Christianity & homosexuality.

tolerance is accepting others views, but you don't accept bible views....:)

progress is the advancement of something or someone, I am advancing the word of God to those who haven't or cannot hear...:)

willfull ignorance is a mental state of not wanting to hear something...such as the word of God....:)

bigotry is the dislike of something often due to bias....just like you and the word of God...and Christians...

in my experience some of the biggest bigots of all are those who claim others are bigots...:)

thats a very sweeping generalisation...:)

would you care to back that up with any facts what so ever....:)

of course if you include gay churches that are actually against God's word you are on slightly firmer ground....but it's hardly fair as they are clearly doing what they are saying despite being in denial and error...:)

You can`t WEAN them all, Yourgraceisenough. So, just let them be. It wont do harm really unless they become assasins & mercenaries.

so you have no facts to support your information, it is just unfounded garble...:)

any sinner can come to Jesus, they Just need to repent, that means turn away from those sins, stop doing them and accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, that includes all sinners and all sin...:)

my first comments were for gays who want to be gay to leave the church alone...:)

Hence the reason I am not Christian. However that doesn't stop churches from trying to prevent us from having equality and civil rights. I wish to add here that any sinner can go to any other god also for a sense of completion.

I am yet, personally, to see substantial proof of Christ's existence outside of the Bible, let alone proof of his resurrection. I respect him as a teacher, who has changed the lives of many friends I have.

The proof I do have from numerous religions, is relative to my own personal experience. Whilst I can share my personal encounters I do not attempt to force my experiences upon anyone as absolute truth, because I know it's not.

Perhaps if you'd experienced a sense of equality and oneness in the fashion I have, you'd understand. But as I learned the other night, it's impossible to try and explain something that profound if the person you are explaining it to has no experience of it themselves.
