They don't yet have to marry gays but the time will come...:)

gays have a problem with the church it is not the other way round...:)

I am not homophobic I am stating a simple fact...:)
"They don't yet have to marry gays but the time will come" = homophobic

"gays have a problem with the church it is not the other way around" = homophobic

"I am not homophobic I am stating a simple fact..." = homophobe in denial

And so, because we're talking about a gay couple, God's love no longer applies with you? I am convinced that if we were talking about heterosexual adulterers, you wouldn't care. If we were talking about lazy, gluttonous, arrogant swindlers, you wouldn't care.

If that gay couple were beaten to death by right-wing fundamental bigots, would you care then?

how many times can I say sin is sin is sin, if they have no intentions of changing, be it adulterer or who ever they cannot be saved...:)

unfortunately the pressure will fall on churches to marry gay couples because this is how the gays work, they are not just happy to have their little piece of the world they want every one else to accept them...:)

You've based everything you apparently "know" of Homosexuality on stereotypes. Which is sad, but many people do it, so I forgive you :D

Think about it. How many people in the LGBTIQ Community would actually be bothered going near a church? I know that most of them probably wouldn't bother because of all the Homophobia they've suffered at the hands of the churches.

Why shouldn't we aim for acceptance? If we have to accept you on the basis of your sexuality, then all things being fair, you should accept us based on our sexuality. Clearly you do not understand the idea of equality, and it really upsets me.

Homosexuality is with every human society on earth. We are part of every culture, every religion. Homosexuality has been around longer than your Bible. There is no "little part of the world" we can just vanish to.

Also, based on what you said before about Homosexuals being able to be "saved". I've grown up with heterosexuality in the news, movies, music, sit-coms, magazines, advertising, politics and religion. The thing is I STILL ended up Gay. Even with the Homophobic conditioning of Society.

*sigh*

- You tell that to the parents of the LGBTIQ youth who took their lives due to bullying.
- You tell that to all those men during the Stonewall Riots who were beaten and bashed for being who they are.
- You tell that to victims like Matthew Shepard who were tortured because of Homophobia.

- It is reasoning such as yours that puts Churches at odds with the LGBTIQ Community.
- It is reasoning such as you have displayed that has made the LGBTIQ Community turn away from Christianity.
- It is reasoning such as yours that will enable Churches to continually discriminate against the LGBTIQ Community.
- It is reasoning such as yours that continually re-affirms my belief in a separation of church and state.
- It is reasoning such as displayed above, that turned me away from the church after I accepted my sexuality.

isn't it love the sinner hate the sin?
The trouble with that is that "gay" is the sin in question here. People don't act gay, they are gay. How can you hate what a person is without hating the person?

That's why it's so important for them to try to establish homosexuality as a choice. It makes their hatred of homosexuality less personal. And if homosexuality isn't a choice, then that opens the possibility that gays were actually created gay, which puts their entire argument in the toilet. Where it belongs.

the bible puts the gay community at odds because it does not accept sin, it has to be dealt with...:)

ask God not me, he said no homosexual will find the kingdom, as I stated I take that asmeaning practising homosexuals and I stated my reason why I believe that...:)

so you have no facts to support your information, it is just unfounded garble...:)

any sinner can come to Jesus, they Just need to repent, that means turn away from those sins, stop doing them and accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, that includes all sinners and all sin...:)

my first comments were for gays who want to be gay to leave the church alone...:)

What is fact. Anything supported by a document, a narrative from one who is an authority, a judgement made final, a forensic finding, etc? If you think I`m garbling its simply because there`s no sense in debating why homosexuals should be banned or allowed to worship in Christina Churches. If this is what you think. STOP all together this non-sense about homosexuality. Mind your own business, so to speak. You were not born yesterday. If you continue attacking homosexuals, it`s because you envy them!

Don't mention the L-word in front of him. It makes him uncomfortable.

Love is a beautiful thing...I love my God, I love my wife and kids and grand kids, I love my friends and I love sinners enough to speak to them as often as I can about the great Love my God has for them...:)
