Misinterpreting obvious evidence does not prove a flood.

I looked and this is what I found---

What!? Here is a freebie:

The following were Moses’ words, not the Lords and Moses was warning his flock to mark their doors and hide inside while the killers passed on by.

The following are Moses words to his followers---

21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover.

22 And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning.

23 For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

24 And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever.

25 And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD will give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service.

26 And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?

27 That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD's passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.

28 And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.

29 And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharoah that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; an all the firstborn of cattle.

30 And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.

God did not murder these people,
Moses’ murderer’s did

Egypt and strike down every firstborn of both people and animals, and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the Lord. "

The Bible says God done did it.

I have enjoyed this chat but I just gotta go

bye
have a great day and beyond
Exodus 12 12 did not copy correctly. I will post it when I get home to my desktop. Until then perhaps you could study your Bible a bit. Your ignorance of your own book of myths should be rather embarrassing to say the least.

EDIT: Back at home. Here we go:

"On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn of both people and animals, and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the LORD."

God took credit for killing the Egyptians. I don't want any little child's excuse of "You made me do it".

Those were Moses' words, not God's.

Moses was a murderer from day one. That is why the Egyptians thew him and his ilk out of Egypt.

I do not support nor do I look up to Moses who was a murderer

MOSES KILLS (FIRST BIBLICALLY RECORDED MURDER)

And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out to his brothers, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brothers. And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand. And when he went out the second day, behold, two men of the Hebrews strove together: and he said to him that did the wrong, Why smite you your fellow?

Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled (exodus) from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelled in the land of Midian: and he sat down by a well. Moses and all the others flee Egypt and are scattered throughout the land.

No wait I take that back, Moses's murder was not the first-------------.

The first murder's took place on the night of passover where the Israelites were warned in advance and told to mark their door so the slayer would pass them on by.

Exo 12:21 KJV) Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover.

(Exo 12:26 KJV) And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service?

(Exo 12:27 KJV) That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD'S passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.

(Exo 12:28 KJV) And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they.

(Exo 12:29) And it came to pass, that at midnight the Lord smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that {was} in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.

(Exo 12:30 KJV) And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there was not a house where there was not one dead.

The eight-day festival of Passover is celebrated in the early spring, from the 15th through the 22nd of the Hebrew month of Nissan,

No, if you are going to play that game Moses was a fictional character. And the first recorded murder in the Bible was the story of Cain and Abel.

But thanks for admitting that the Bible is not the "word of God". We might be getting somewhere.

Thank you for correcting me.
Having said that, since, in your mind all this is fictional why do you bother posting here?

just asking

Because there are those that would try to harm others by claiming that myths actually happened.

You seem to believe that the flood myth is true, yet you just showed that you also do not think that the Bible can be trusted. When it claims that God did something, such as killing the Egyptian first born in the Exodus myth you decide that it is not the "word of God" and can't be trusted. You have some serious problems with consistency.
