I am a Christian who cannot discount the possibility that evolution is true. The Bible tells us that God created man from the dust of the ground. The Bible tells us that all living things were brought forth from the waters on the earth, and/or from the earth itself. The dust of the ground is earth. There is no Bible verse that even begins to suggest that man does not evolve. It tells us that each living creature that has come forth from the earth was brought forth after its own kind. And this is indeed true. No new living creature comes from another kind of creature. Every kind of creature is the same kind of creature as it's mother and father.

And this is a fully acceptable answer. I would like it more if you accepted evolution as true and rectified your faith with that but this position is still vastly better than the blind faith rejection of evidence.

Perhaps I misunderstand your answer here. There is no conflict between my faith in God, the Bible and evolution. So I'm not really sure what you think needs rectification.

Dear Readers, It is impossible for Humans to have evolved from the common ancestor of Apes since Humans were made long before ANY other living creature. Adam, the common ancestor of ALL Humans was made the THIRD Day. Gen 2:4-7 Jesus made Adam of the dust of the ground BEFORE the first Stars of our Universe put forth their light on the FOURTH Day. Gen 1:16

This means that the common ancestor of Apes, on our Earth, lived Billions of years AFTER Adam, the first Human was made, according to Scripture. God Bless you.

Every kind of creature is NOT the same kind of creature as it's mother and father. Every creature is an intermediate between the kind of creature it's mother and father were and the kind of creature its offspring will be.

Donkeys can mate, I think you meant mules, the offspring of a male donkey and a female horse. Horses and donkeys are different species, with different numbers of chromosomes that produce viable but sterile offspring.

I can easily define it for you. But you probably have your own personal definition of Christian that isn't widely accepted. Similarly there are individuals who have different definitions that are also different than yours. But for the general definition it is a classification of people who believe Jesus was the son of god and typically follow a religion that ascribes to his teachings to one degree or another.

Your personal definition of Christian is probably anyone who believes exactly as you do.

Well you can call non-fundies phonies all you want but in reality it is either a more liberal acceptance of Christianity and its teachings or its simply flat out wrong. I don't think they felt comfortable with the idea that their faith was easily disproved.

Dear Son, Not quite. Humans were a Special Creation made Billions or years BEFORE any other living creature. Adam did NOT evolve or change within his kind because Adam was FIRST made. Gen 2:4-7 God Bless you

Where he come up with that number is pretty funny. He also doesn't know our solar system hadn't formed yet.



First that would make Adam, billion of years old. Maybe he means atoms?

Gen 2:4-7 shows that on the Day that Jesus made Adam's Earth (3rd Day) and another two Heavens or Universes, but BEFORE He made the plants and herbs of Adam's Earth, He formed Adam like a potter molds the clay.

Each of God's Days/Ages is some 4.5 Billion years in length in man's time. This means that Adam lived for more than 10 Billion years BEFORE God brought life forth from the water on the 5th Day Gen 1:21 which began some 3.77 Billion years ago, in man's time.
