Refuse all outside aide. American, Chinese, Russian, Syrian, Iranian, whatever and whoever. The land has proven it can stand on it's own and support those living on it. It will force both sides to work together it insure that all survive.

I fear it will take another major conflict to effect a peaceful population transfer and ensure longer term calm. I didn't say it was nice, but it's much more humane and civilized than what is happening now.

Completely unrealistic and inconsistent with Israel's traditional basis of operation. Do you really think AIPAC will be dismantled and Israel will just be content with sitting alone.

Ending unconditional military aid to Israel would be the very first tangible step America has ever taken to show that it is truly a third party instead of a very partisan one with a very specific motive.

It is very important imo. Mashiach will not reveil himself until the jews and palistines are at peace. In the second, the Russians shelled the hell out of Grozny and then made people leave so they could demolish the buildings. It sent Chechnya into economic ruin from which they still have not recovered. Chechnya is 94% muslim and yet we hear not a single world about this injustice from Islam members here. My point is that the muslim fascination with the Palestine/ Israel conflict is strange considering they completely forget a whole section of their brothers and sisters suffering in another area. I do not understand the fascination with hating the Jews but am not informed enough to make an assumption.

I agree that many or most Muslims give far more importance to this problem which is very unfair to the Muslims who are suffering in Chechnya, but its not about hating the Jews. Its all about what the media feeds people, and in this case the media focuses much more on this issue. Also i think the location of where this conflict is going on results in more attention being focused on it.

I guess, I think the world sees it as more of a threatening conflict. But what I don't understand is propoganda like the original post which is consistent. There is a default position for muslim members who will always side with their brothers and sisters. Hence why I brought up Chechnya. I was under the assumption that the attention by muslims worldwide was based on their faith, in which case I was confused as to how one conflict could be ignored over another. You do make a good point though.

I'm not well aware of how it worked in Europe, but as far as how its proposed in this case, i'm pretty sure its unfair. How do you feel about that? It being an unfair solution i mean? Or do you think its not unfair?

I think what makes Palestine so important to Muslims is Arabs, Arab opinion and Arab involvement makes it a much more vocal subject than say Chechnya . After all Its in the Arab back yard and they really dont like the neighbours.
