Yeah well touche' calling the president mentally ill is not appropriate either. Only a quack would do that. Unless it was Hillary.
It reminds me of the armchair medical diagnosis of Hillary's Parkinson's Disease.
It's fun to entertain such accusations, but one shouldn't leap to belief as fact.

Kirran and Terry, I am in my seventies and have seen much evil in the world over my lifetime. That evil always works to create wars by emotionally manipulating people to fight against one another. These evil people have learned to hide in the dark, using their money and influence to create public opinion according to what helps promote their violent agenda. Most of all they are afraid of being exposed by someone not under their control. Trump is such a person and they are using their media puppets to undermine him in every way that they can. Please do not be fooled.

Wikileaks releases have helped to expose these evil people, and some of the journalists and politicians they have bought. Look behind the curtain they are hiding behind and don't let them manipulate you. They think we are stupid and laugh at how easily they can get us to follow their dark plans for the world.

You will need to see the truth and not follow the crowd, which requires you to think for yourselves and not be afraid of where that will take you. Be brave, be honest, and work together with those who think for themselves, seeking first and foremost to find and follow the truth even when you must stand alone. Those few who do are the ones who help the world the most.
This is easily one of the more insipid posts to have graced these forums in quite some time.

There will always be people out there who, regardless of whether or not they're experienced in mental health treatment, will accuse those whom they disagree with of being mentally insane to undermine their credibility. It's happened to many people before.
Given Trump's pre-campaign track record of being one of the most well-known and successful businessmen in the nation, I believe he's suffering from all the right things necessary.Being the grandson of a German migrant, turning a million dollars into several billion. No matter what you think of Trump's opinions or policies, he definitely is not a loser, nor is he insane.
He talks the exact same way average New Yorkers talk. Very plain and blunt, which is the case in most average northerners from what I've experienced, and I think that's one of many reasons he resonates with a lot of people.

There is nothing that says a millionaire businessman can not have a personality disorder. It often helps if they are a miser or lacking in empathy It might also help if they are unethical. However a President with NPD is a problem, as that is the profile of many dictators.

What do people think.?

There seem to be an alarming number of reports from mental health specialist suggesting that he is suffering from all the symptoms of NPD. a condition which can only get worse, and will lead to ever-increasing, bizarre and erratic decisions and outbursts.

From recent tweets statements and speeches. this seems to be increasingly the case.
What provision does the constitution hold for dealing with such a situation.?

Don't worry sane people. That is the usual tactic of the insane left. Lie. One such report would alarm the haters, and I bet you can't name 3 reliable sources. In fact I bet you can't name 1 relible source.

I was thinking of starting a thread like this one. I don't think he's stupid. Whether he's just a bully, has NPD or other psychiatric condition or is just plain evil or more than one of these is something I'm not sure about.

But it's clear that donny and the orcs surrounding him like bannon are out to destroy freedom of the press, tear apart the Federal Government, waste billions and billions of dollars on useless walls, destroy our relationships with other nations, do putin's bidding, destroy the right to vote for any who won't follow their party line and so forth.

I'm hopeful that in two years we can start impeachment proceedings and stop the destruction of America which we're seeing ramping up every day.

As far as I'm concerned we're at war with the right-wing orcs who are trying to destroy science, devalue truth, destroy freedom of the press and so forth. In this war it hardly matters what donny the defiler is like. We have to #resist.

No surrender no retreat.

I am in my 80's and lived through WW2 and every war since.
I am not fooled by anyone.

You wre fooled by Obama. Does you cn keep your doctor, you can keep yoour health plan, Medical plan cost will go down, ring a bell?

It is clear to me from the words I have heard, from his own mouth, that he suffers from NPD>

Comments like that, especially from someone not quaolifed, makes me wonder if maybe it is you with NPD

He is Dangerous, but probably not as dangerous as Hitler Mussolini, Stalin, Mao or Pol Pot. As their danger was magnified by the acquiescence of their people. Though McCarthyism showed that The USA was not immune to mass hysteria.
I am not smitten by conspiracy theories of little grey men in dark corners pulling our strings.
No one is undermining Trump, he is doing all that is needed himself.

Do you need a puppy to pet until that big bad man sees everything your way?

I'm i n my 80's and mosts our age have more common sense than what the lefites are sdowing in this discussion.

There was a nice story I read (actually in an article talking about Trumps mental stability) that he was in a resturant one day and a kid came up to him and asked him to say "you're fired" as he does on the apprentice. He gave him a few thousand dollar cheque instead and told him to go have fun spending it.

Would you be ok with Mike Pence as President, pursuing the same policies as Trump?

I like Trump, but I would the have Pence as our president.

A large happy family, friends with many many important people, very attractive wife, massive following, loyal cabinet, and one of the most recognizable and popular businessmen of the 20th century.
Oh yeah definitely a personality disorder. What a lonely anti-social freak.

Why don''t you secede and go to a country you prefer its leader.

I do prefer the leader of my country. Not by much, but she's a bit better.

The cry baby left puts me off. Do you need a puppy to pet? :p

I just have certain judgements about the guy's character, how am I crying?

Also, I am curious, where does this puppy-petting-for-comfort thing come from? Is this a normal American term?

Disagreeing is only considered rude by lefties. You know, that group who moto is "diversity of opinion," until they don't like the opinion.

I think @Rival got that I was joking.

I forget this forum is not limited to the USA.

Good for you. When those college students had their cry in, some suggest the be give a puppy to pet/

I think it has been shown that petting a puppy does have a comforting effect. The take them to nursing homes and it seems to help them.

You might be right

As I've presented before, my diagnosis is that he has poor impulse control.
This explains his eventual reversal or moderation of things he says.

Now for some platitudes.....
It's going to be a wild ride.
We'll live in interesting times.
The times they have dun changed.

"The times they have dun changed."

Have they really? Or have they just become louder?

It may come as even more of a revelation, but the world is not limited to the USA! :D

Some people cry, it's OK. Life can be hard, crying can be something quite healthy.

Well, next time I am upset I will consider finding a puppy!
