Well...women in real life are also these.

Okay, I did look at the video, at least enough to get the particulars to try to find some written articles about this. Apparently, this allegation was made at Sacred Heart University, a Catholic university in Fairfield, Connecticut. The allegation was made back in 2016 by an 18-year-old woman who claimed she was raped by two football players in a bathroom at an off-campus party. As a result of the allegation, the person interviewed in the video was kicked out (although I found an article that he was suing the university for breach of contract). https://www.ctpost.com/local/article/Suits-claim-SHU-violated-contract-in-false-rape-13349201.php

Apparently the case is getting even more attention: https://www.ctpost.com/local/article/Bridgeport-refuses-to-release-video-from-false-15264880.php

Last year a British production company aired a documentary, “Sex on Trial,” and now the San Francisco-based Center for Investigative Reporting is looking into the case.

In 2016, Yovino, then an 18-year-old freshman at Sacred Heart, told police she had been raped by two football players, Malik St. Hilaire and Bradley Dhameer, in a bathroom during an off-campus party in Bridgeport. Three months later, at her home in Long Island, Yovino admitted to Bridgeport Police Detective Wilberto Cotto that she had made the allegations up, according to the arrest warrant affidavit.

Yovino later agreed to plead guilty to two counts of second-degree falsely reporting an incident and one count of interfering with police, all misdemeanors, as the case was about to go to trial in Superior Court in Bridgeport.

“I just hope you spend the time reflecting on what you did,” Judge William Holden told Yovino, sentencing her to three years, suspended after she served one year in prison, followed by probation. She served less than half the term.

In March, the state FOI Commission, at the request of a reporter from Reveal, ordered the Bridgeport Police Department to turn over the police video interview with Yovino; the video and audio of police interviews with witnesses; and a cell phone video taken by Dhameer of he and St. Hilaire having sex with Yovino in the bathroom at the party.

So, it seems that she had consensual sex with two men, one of whom made a video of the encounter. A reporter filed an FOIA request to get a copy of that video, along with other evidence from the case.

I wonder if it's possible that she had consensual sex, then found out there was a video. Sounds like some kind of college frat party. I never went to those kinds of parties when I was in school. I was working full time through school, so I didn't have time for all that joviality.

The point if "why did she do that?"

I believe she probably did it because of the horrific misandrist propaganda that has been contaminating feminism (which is a serious thing).
Because...I don't think political feminism is being led by heterosexual women, right now.

And unfortunately...the rate of man-hating, angry feminists is very high, right now. Politics has lots to do with it too.

There is no horrific misandrist propaganda that has been contaminating feminism. The rate of man-hating angry feminists is not high. There are a lot of angry feminists, but mostly because of the way women are treated, like the overturning of Roe v Wade, and that has nothing to do with this.

Most men I know have had bad experiences with
women too, eg, they hit, they touch inappropriately,
they make false accusations. These are things I've
experienced. Yet I've never done any of those things.
Any woman who met me in the woods would be
fortunate. I carry a phone, flashlight, extra water & food.
If they can tolerate my appearance & aroma, I'd share.
Oh, I once pulled a gal from a raging river after her
canoe tipped over. Gawd....that was over 50 years ago.
I'd forgotten about it.
Then most men you know are not the norm. Those things you mentioned are uncommon, especially the false accusations. Their prevalence is greatly exaggerated by those who have something to gain from promoting a false narrative.

But beyond that, that also doesn't affect this thought experiment.

I guess I have said it earlier: speaking of abortion diverts from the topic. The topic is men.

It seems that you either know few people,
or are in denial.
The problem with both men & women is that
they're humans, an animal prone to doing
wrongful things to each other.

No, your topic in that post was the supposed prevalence of man-hating, angry feminists. I was responding to that. In that context, the reference to making abortion illegal was completely relevant.

But lying about something that didn't happen and ruining someone's reputation is the most wicked thing I can think of.

Dante Alighieri puts liars (those who ruin people with lies) in the 10th bolgia of the 8th circle of Hell. Deeper than the circle of murderers.
There's also Potiphar's wife, the one who accused Joseph of rape.

No, because I'm not basing my claims on anecdotal data from my own personal experience. I'm basing it on wider statistics and knowledge.

Women can act badly too. That's not in question. The point is that women don't do the specific things to men that you claimed in great numbers. And the ways women treat men poorly are a different topic from what this thought experiment is about. Men aren't scared of women like women are scared of men.

Then it's a good thing is very rarely happens, as in much less than sexual assault (something more "wicked") does.

Cool. Not sure why you think fiction from centuries is relevant.

Numerous men are terrified of dating women because of those episodes.
Male or female, having a phobia about the other
is a condition that would benefit from treatment.
However, to be wary, especially in risky circumstances
is reasonable. Precautions are useful.

When one makes a claim about people one
personally knows, anecdotes are entirely
appropriate.
Of course. But when one is using those anecdotes to talk about the general population of hundreds of millions of people, they're not appropriate.
Not seeing much of either from you.
Just personal opinion.
Cool. If you have more than "some guys I know have dealt with this", let me know, and we can dig into it. As you know, that's a terrible way to comment on a society wide topic.

So because 1 out of the millions of different men you had contact with didn't stop when you told him to, that means that all men are more dangerous than a wild bear? You jokin' right???
I've said no such thing.

Someone said something about bears don't stop when you say stop and I was pointing out that there are men out there who also don't stop when someone says stop, which, stay with me now, might be one of the common experiences women have had with men that precipitated this man-bear thought experiment in the first place.

Women aren't saying they'd choose the bear for no damn reason whatsoever. And I think it's bizarre that instead of listening to us and finding out why we answer the question as we do, we just get dismissed as being absurd for engaging in a thought experiment, that is - if you listen and pay attention - truly revealing. And should be eye-opening.

That's absolutely true. But I was describing what I have observed among American males.
The fact that in the movie Fifty shades of grey, Mr. Grey wanted to make the journalist sign the papers where she attested that the sex was consensual.
We are speaking of James Dornan. James Dornan!!!
For God's sake...
If James Dornan had sex with my daughter, I would pay him to thank him...

Any heterosexual woman would pay...I guess.

Yes.
There are many men-loving women...especially in my country...
and I know the author of that article has defended them numerous times...
