Second, why would the nonbelievers have refused to pay these so-called taxes if the Muslims had been so nice to them? What reason would they have? They wouldn't. Muhammad led his army to slaughter and massacre Jews and drive them out, so why would they want to pay taxes to him? It's not really surprising.

But could you please address the scriptures I quoted? This is not about individuals, Muslims or anyone else. I know that everyone has done bad things but I'm talking about Islam, from its texts and so on, not about what individual Muslims do.
