by ban all guns for civilians , so just police had right to had guns

First off, that would violate our US Constitution's 2nd Amendment.
Second, criminals don't give a rat's *** about laws or gun bans, therefore, all your suggestion would do is to disarm the law abiding citizens while leaving guns in the hands of the criminals.
According to this article, it seems some witnesses are saying the gunman asked people what religion they are, and then shot and killed those that answered they were Christian.

There are lots of police here who won't stand for there being a gun ban on civilians.
human whom made law , they could change it .
it's maybe not the time to change that law , because number of victimes is not enough , or America is not facing civil war .
my suggestion all people disarmed , except police .

I don't know anything for sure. All I know is that I've read similar accounts in various articles, that it being reported he asked about religion. I hadn't seen that mentioned on this thread yet, so I thought I'd mention it.

Many of the biggest supporters are. Having hundreds of millions who are sheep to hooligans helps us out how? I would prefer every well-adjusted adult carried a pistol on them throughout the day.

i am not sure if this happened in all times , the civilians (criminals ) may cause you died "by shoot you" , because you agree with his carry of gun .

Being from Algeria, you don't understand how the US legal system and Constitutional Law works. It's not that easy.

I've talked with many, many thousands of them and the vast majority support civilian gun ownership.
We can get shot, stabbed, ran over, etc. on any given day, pretty much anybody who leaves their house living in a large urban area can.
There are many millions of guns out there already in the black market...most used for crimes were illegally obtained...banning guns doesn't do anything but restrain/deprive/hurt people who would legally obtain them for defense, sport, etc.
Somebody who is physically and mentally capable of it can kill several people in a short amount of time without guns or explosives - using all sorts of things. History is littered with it taking place.
Banning dangerous things and being fearful isn't the way to go about.
There is a lot of unnecessary hysteria surrounding things like this along with people who have interest in a future "war on guns" taking place who add fuel to the fire.

I don't think so.
All schools here (elementary thru university) are gun free zones, & advertised as such to anyone bent on mayhem.
