Propaganda: Why it is necessary for Islam

I want Khilafah back
So there are many Sahih/reliable Hadith that are false/unreliable which is a contradiction isn't it,i mean forgive me but this does'nt make sense,i have been told in another thread "the shame and horror of the Hadith and Sunna" that the Hadith and Sunna are a neccessity to compliment the Quran and after 1400 years Muslim scholars agree which are reliable but some of them are false:help::areyoucrabecause they contradict the Quran:rolleyes:,is this Cherry picking in the extreme.

look i'm not saying they are wrong, but people do change them after a while bit by bit so that it goes un-noticed, but it eventually surfaces, it shows.

i'm not sayig that the sahih hadiths are wrong, i'm saying that IF any hadith contradicts the quran it is wrong, it doesn't matter what it is. and those scholars define the authenticity of a hadith by searching about it in the quran, so i don't think they would say a hadiths is right if it clearly isn't.

i don't think i've worded this the right way, it still is confusing, even for me. but thats the best i can do, unless you ask something else, and i'll have to tell you about it in a different way.

Any Hadith or biography that paints Mohammad in a bad light is not authentic to brain-washed Muslims for brain-washed Muslims cannot criticize Islam.

Response: Not at all. The hadiths are not authentic due to the simple fact that they aren't and you can't produce a single piece of evidence that they are. Not one.

Here's what Islam does to critics of Islam:

The old man Abu Afak was murdered for his criticisms of Mohammed. The poetess Asma bint Marwan was murdered at the command of Mohammed while breast-feeding her baby for speaking out against Afek's murder. Salman Rushdie, along with the editors and publishers of his book The Satanic Verses, are condemned to death because he criticized Islam. The of filmmaker Theo Van Gogh was slaughtered on the streets of Amsterdam for his criticism of Islam. Ayaan Hirsi Ali has body guards to protect her from death because she criticized Islam. This is the result of criticism of Islam.

Response: Then if that was the case, you would be facing the same treatment. The fact that you don't is evidence that even your own claims is false.

yes exactly, they are living proof of such things and yet they say it is not true, i can't believe this.

to Mestemia.

i almost forgot, that previous post that i made, it wasn't about turning it into a personal thing, i just said that to show you that we know more about the quran, so if someone posts a hadith and we know what the quran says about it, then we say immediately that it is false, but if we know the verse in the quran that the hadith contradicts.
There is no doubt in my mind that Muslims know the Koran better than I do.
However, there does come a point in time when Muslims sound just like Christians with their pick and choose mentality.

At what point in the game does one stop and think that perhaps maybe they are wrong about those things they choose to believe and those things they choose to dismiss?
When does one say to ones self that perhaps it is time they start living by what their Holy Book does actually say and stop ignoring all the parts they dislike?

Thus far it seems to me that you and few others have quite neatly set it up to ignore anything you dislike simply because it goes against what you think the Koran says.

One would think that with the way so many Muslims claim that they are so much better than everyone else, that the least they could do is act like it.

well the point we would be talking about is if we were proved wrong.

second, we don't accept some parts and ignore the others, we would not be muslims if we accepted parts of islam and left the others due to what non muslims have to say. i personally don't care what anyone thinks, i am more worried about what Allah thinks about me, rather than what some human has to say about me or my religion (don't take it personally, i'm speaking in general).

is there a specific part of your post you would like to to answer, this is the only thing i could understand out of it.

Cop out.
All you have to do is say that that is not what the Koran says.
Or you can run around with the "You are not Muslim, so you cannot be right because I am a Muslim and I disagree" banner.
Seems to me that you have already tried pulling that one over on me.

But you do pick and choose.
Just like Christians pick and choose.

So you do not care that I think you are an animal?
Funny, you got pretty bent out shape in the other thread over it....

How are you going to effectively Spread the Word of Allah when you cannot understand what others are saying?

I am not trying to be offensive, just genuinely curious as to how that can possibly work.

come on man, i explained that to you, but i guess you don't understnad since you are not a muslim :D (joke, joke)

But you do pick and choose.

pick and choose are the same thing, and where have i done that?

So you do not care that I think you are an animal?

no i don't care what you think about my religion, only dumb people would reflect on the religion of someone when they do something bad, why not reflect on their religion when they do something good too?

and the reason why i don't like to be called an animal is because, i'm not one. would you like me to call you one?

How are you going to effectively Spread the Word of Allah when you cannot understand what others are saying?

well even if i knew what they were saying and i replied they would not accept it, so whats the point, although i won't stop.

I am not trying to be offensive, just genuinely curious as to how that can possibly work.

who? what? now you lost me again.:slap:

Already did. Islam claims itself to be the 'religion of peace'. This is clearly propaganda since it's teachings advocate hatred and violent jihad towards infidels.

i hope you or fatihah don't mind me stepping in, i just can't let things like this go, sorry.

the infidels we are tolled to kill are those who have weapons and come to take our homes (country) and harm us. naturally we are obligated to kill the enemie, don't you think so?

Stupid argument. I'm a minor invisible target in a world of larger visible targets. If I was going around the country giving public criticisms of Islam I'm sure a few death threats would materialize from Muslim trash.

It's telling how little concern you showed to those under threat and those harmed by members of your religion.

For Muslims mere criticisms of Islam are construed as an assault on Islam and worthy of defense. The mere existence of the Muslim concept of Dar el Harb is self explanatory and an excuse to war so there are many many excuses Muslims have for so called 'self defense'. We don't buy it.

And no - it is not necessary to kill the enemy. Muslims love to kill. One only need read the books of Islam and look at the news coming out of the Middle East to know this.

Open your eyes and look at what your religion is doing to this world. Islam is a bully and an oppressor. Dar el Islam - Dar el Harb. Islam cannot accept the legitimacy of other religions.

what exactly is it doing, can you tell me, i haven't oppened my eyes yet. seriously, i thought it was the west that was doing all of the bad things, so i really don't know what you are talking about.
and can we please have a calm conversation.

Islam is a bully and an oppressor. Dar el Islam - Dar el Harb. Islam cannot accept the legitimacy of other religions.

and yet they exist, how funny.

Twice last week I heard someone on the news (mainstream news) say that it was alright to criticize Christianity but not Islam. They went on to suggest that it was because if one were to criticize Islam death threats would be given from Muslims.

What could be more obvious. They're right and why are they right? Because it's true. What does this tell us about Islam? It tells us Islam is not a peaceful ideology but a violent, oppressive ideology.

out side of cyber space, I have met, talked and made friends with several Muslims. My husband and i even went so far as to consider converting and talked to an imam about it. (obviously we did not go through with it.} Our issue, believe it or not, is also with the propaganda that does paint Islam in a bad light, but we also have an issue with those that do not wish to do anything about it.
Their way of tending to it is "Oh well. That is not Islam so it doesn't affect me." Well it does affect you. Especially if you want people to not look at you when others taint Islam. You are more or less allowing the propaganda to continue by remaining silent.

so i'm not allowed to defend my religion? then why are you allowed to attack my religion?

what doesn "Dar el Harb" mean.
so know you are taking my freedom away. i can't defend my self because you wont buy it, then what exactly will you buy?

And no - it is not necessary to kill the enemy.

good to see your funny side, i think you can be very funny sometimes.

Muslims love to kill.

ooo yes true, let me list down the people i have killed
first bid is 1 anyone got one? no sorry, this makes your example invalid.

One only need read the books of Islam and look at the news coming out of the Middle East to know this.

thats right, the knews from middle east, just look at how innocent children are killed for nothing, but they are muslim, so who gives about them huh.

the books of islam consist of the quran. don't edit my religion with false statements.
and what about the quran, where is it violent, which parts are violent to you.
