jesus never ONCE is recorded as having said anything either for or against,
or even anything about homosexuality at all.
it must have been a very pressing matter of great importance to him.
perhaps his deciples--ie followers-- should follow his lead.
just an idea. (and not a very original one at that)
I'm just wondering why we focus on one Levitical law and ignore the others?
Don't forget the gluttons and disrespectful children.....
well, disrespectful children just get tossed out on the street.
and gluttons.... that would be us pagans and athiests I guess.
What about the gossips though!
(address this one, and watch the offering plate get lighter....)
You forgot all the judgmental folks. Biblical speaking, that is the kiss of death.
I agree insomuch that I have said the same thing in this thread. Secular culture needs to honor what they accept and condone. If you say a man should be able to marry a man then that is fine, provide for it outside of religion.
You "etc." includes "revilers". I notice a lot of revulsion in this thread directed against same-sex marriage and homosexuality.Wrong again! Some of you don't know how to follow a thought when you get wild with rage. That quote was a continuous follow-on from my original post that is against same-sex marriage and other evil doers like homosexuals, murderers, thieves, adulterers, etc.
well, disrespectful children just get tossed out on the street.
oh my.
Here I thought they got mauled by bears....
No.Is that in Leviticus? :cover:
Can anyone show me doctrine (not interpretations and scholarly opinion) that allow a Christian church (bases off of the Bible) to marry a same sex couple?
This is not about opinion it is about scripture only.
It is fumy if I ask a question that you cant answer and off of the wall crap is pulled. It is not in the bible. If anyone can find it in a legitimate biblical translation of what was in the cannon I will never post on this forum again otherwise stop wasting time.
I will never post on this forum again
