jesus never ONCE is recorded as having said anything either for or against,
or even anything about homosexuality at all.
it must have been a very pressing matter of great importance to him.
perhaps his deciples--ie followers-- should follow his lead.

Paul uas granted on the road to Damascus the authority to speak on such matters. He was made the Vessel of the lord.
Jesus did not speak of this thing as it was not allowed under the old covenant and if there need be a change he would have spoken of it.

Well you have made a qualified statement about acceptances of same sex marriages.
Am personally am a permanent bachelor and even find *sex* not a necessity for living; which is a personal choice which do not propagate for those who feel otherwise BUT surely *marriage as an institution should not be mandatory for consensual adults of all kinds as only through trial and error do we find the right balance and for which space is a must.

You "etc." includes "revilers". I notice a lot of revulsion in this thread directed against same-sex marriage and homosexuality.
Personally, I'm content with the knowledge that any so-called Christian position that isn't founded on love, justice, mercy and faithfulness fails the test that Jesus set out and therefore can be disregarded as either internally inconsistent (and therefore not true) or as a "bad fruit", which would point to it's source being a "bad tree".
I've yet to see any love, justice, mercy or faithfulness in the posts that you or Archer have contributed to this thread.
