I just watched some doctor on one of the dumb morning news shows talking about how to live longer.

1. Reduce the girth of your midriff (been doing that slowly so check).
2. Do 60 minutes of cardio exercise daily (I don't think so).
3. Get 7 to 9 hours continuous sleep per night (not happening, I average 4 or 5).
4. Eat a Mediterranean diet (I don't even know what that is).

So hopefully 1 out of 4 works.
5, Where do we ship your body?

All the cars are screvved up to varying degrees. I accept this. I can cope(indeed, I vvalked Ares to school).

VVhat I'll have more difficulty vvith is the other half being ticked off and taking it out on everyone around him.

I'm sorry life sucks. Being a jerk vvon't help it.
Too bad he does not know what I learned when I was a messed-up adolescent and finally learned to do decades later. When grump and pissed, destroy something that needs to be destroyed. That might involve pulling up weeds with brute force - no tools allowed unless totally necessary. The point is to put all the emotion into physical activity. And of course don't destroy anything that does not need destroying. Chopping wood is good. Even, I know. deep cleaning something that requires force is good.

I become quiet and withdrawn. Karen says that's worse.

That's hovv my dad does it(I don't think he learned for many decades, either, though). I agree, that vvould be preferable.

VVhen I need to deal vvith anger, I tend to make rude jokes at [vvilling] RFians' expense.

You're clearly a "rule 1 violation" and even more of a "rule 1 violantion". And don't let me get started on the mods. they clearly always do "rule 2 violation". Let's get together and teach someone a "rule 3" violation. While we're at it, I can tell you the secrets of life if you only click on my "rule 4 violation". If you don't like it ****, **** some more. Tonight a few of us are going to "rule 6 violation". To quote in full this book, you should learn that if you don't follow the WORD, you will go directly to "rule 8 violation". And what is the "fellowship" business anyway. Clearly the way forward is to commit a rule 9 violation. Anyone want to debate me because I'm clearly a rule 10 violation and you aren't.

Is vvashing her hair before an appointment kinda like vacuuming before the cleaning lady comes?

I don't know, I don't understand hairdos. You come out looking the same as you went in but $130 poorer.
I touch up the blue vvhen it fades. A bottle of blue dye costs 12 bucks and lasts about 3 months.

I bleach my roots(my hair is naturally dark and the blue vvont alvvays take) maybe every 4-5 months. A bleach kit costs about the same.

I do both of these things myself, in the bathroom.

I brush it sometimes. VVash it vvhen its dirty.

That concludes my hair care routine and costs.

I wipe a wet face washer over my head while in the shower and every 6 months or so Karen clips off any stubborn hairs that haven't fallen out.

Having your hair professionally "done" is one of the pleasures of life.

You say you come out looking the same as you went in. Consider, if Karen's hair were not done, would it look the same in 18 months?

Also consider, would you prefer a well primped and preened wife or someone looking like she's just been dragged through a hedge backwards?

Of course she only does it to look her best for you.

$130 is cheap, i have mine "done" every 7 weeks, it cost €110, that's about $180 in Aussie funny money
