Despite it being the one who has the most to actually complain about.

Unfortunately it's not likely, if your provider was affected it would have stopped working completely.
It could be one of a million reasons depending on how you get the internet

Hard to tell. I can't really tell what the logo is on the front grill as the picture is kind of blurry.
Since early Tuesday morning, it goes out at random intervals, sometimes for hours at a time.
And of course, you now cannot actually talk to a person for tech support, and must have a smartphone to set up an appointment.
