In my experience the regular employers are loathe and reluctant to give even promised raises and raises for promotions.Unfortunately, regular employment is the only way to get raises and since no one starts with high wages, the employee has to submit to the present formula for making more dinero.......and there are pension considerations...
Still waiting on an externship.what happened to the whole phlebotomist thing
I've had it with **** bosses, being cheated out of money, being lied to, discriminated against and obvious needs going ignored. With that winning attitude, you should
be able to easily find & keep a good job.
Trouble seems to follow you.I've had it with **** bosses, being cheated out of money, being lied to, discriminated against and obvious needs going ignored.
Hate to admit it......that cat's finale made me laugh..
Sorry, I win in the Meaningless Announcements...........I have already downed 2 cups of green tea, today.......and suffering through one of the worst 3 stooges shorts ever produced.I'm actually drinking a cup of green tea
I'm not entirely sure why. One of the worst jobs I had was at the mental health center where my immediate supervisor openly yelled at people, didn't know the definitions of things (like anti social), amd the environment so toxic and stigmatizing towards the mentally ill I had to basically hide everything about me but my existence because, according to one assling working there, if you're dealing with mental illness you aren't fit for the job. And those with mental illnesses are "those people" whereas clinicians are "us" and there was no overlap in their eyes.Trouble seems to follow you.
Consider why, & how to avoid it,
yet still finding work that pays.

My reaction there was to never go to the office unless I absolutely had to. And then keep my jaw from hitting the floor in disbelief in how strongly they hate cannabis but openly air how they abuse alcohol. It's always to carefully consider one's reactions

than reactive wins the day.

Leases typically don't say that. Your plight is due toI bought a house and am moving into it next week!
Cons: I haven't finished my lease in the house I'm renting, and my landlord told me I'd have to pay for rent until they find someone to take over this one. (but, looking over my lease agreement, I see nothing stating that, so I'll try to argue the point if it comes to that)
Fair enough. It's still a rip off though, I always assumed that if you break a lease you just don't get your deposit back. Ah well, I guess I get what I signed up for.Leases typically don't say that. Your plight is due to
your agreeing to pay the rent thru the end of the term.
Your landlord is offering to reduce this liability if a new
tenant is found to replace you.
