I treat vague references to other threads of disappointment as a thread speed bump. Now if there was a direct reference to what is so disappointing, I might snatch the reference and trot off to see for myself.

Bane very nearly killed Batman, with putting him in permanent retirement looking possible for the Batman after Bane beat him worse than a horse being turned into glue and dog food. When he broke Batman's back, he didn't recover from it like any other injury. Properly done, Bane would have left Batman a paraplegic after that fight.

Started reading a post...looked interesting....but it instantaneously had an unassociated political argument interjected.... which by the way...was not true.... sensationalist....but false.... but it is a great way to inflame things, thereby causing folks to defend a position.... they never had in the first place..... snf of course keeping them off balance so other unassociated agendas can be forced down the throats of others...... and it went downhill from there...so I stopped looking at it...because it was making me angry... I am so sick and tired of the political us vs them garbage....no debate...no discussion...just your wrong and I'm right...... well...the republic was nice while we had it....TTFN...need to log off RF for a little bit...and hopefully learn not t look at anything outside of the joke section... and I swear...anyone makes this political...they go on an ignore list for a time to be determined later.....

My mom's kids;
One son who just liked hurting people and did that a lot in high school through wrestling and football.
Two daughters who enjoy stabbing people with very sharp objects.
But I'm not absolutely merciless with pimples like my sister is. I leave those for others to do with as they please (though I may occasionally stare). Her? Nuh uh. I learned to disappear, similar to how a hobbit can, over that.

Not many Lovecraft movies are good.
This one I rented at Redbox is definitely not one of those good ones. This one scene, it was basically a porn scene, complete with lines that had me giggling, lmao.
But it's a train wreck and I cannot look away. I need someone to pull the plug, lmao.
It also had me feeling weird after this woman had flashing images of a partial dream of her giving birth to a tentacled thingy.
And her early onset signs of transformation have been weird camera effects with it rapidly going from one person to another.
And, unfortunately, this one sticks to over used Lovecraft flick settings. Which is pretty weird because I'm pretty sure Lovecraft flicks spend more time on boats and at sea than what actual Lovecraft stories do.
