Sure in very strict moderation and baked not fried. Again that's a weight thing.
I found they helped my throat a lot yesterday. I had one baked, and one sauted(lunch and supper).
I can't have any desserts for about a year. If you ever need someone to sit back and have an apple with you while everyone else has dessert, I'm here with you.
