I'm going to speak with the Pharmacist where I work and see if I could be trained as a Technician. I need a higher paying job to start saving for Grad school.

Found an immobile bird just sitting in the driveway today.
At 9F & dropping, I decided to put it out of its impending slow miserable death.
Of course, my shovel was the tool for the job.
Death was instant.

I have an awkward taste in books.
Earlier today, my mom and I went to the library and I checked out a Japanese anime manga, Black Butler, and I bought some books at the library's book store. They were three James Patterson novels.
I set the three books on my bed and I thought, "James Patterson, James Patterson, James Patterson, Black Butler."

Very windy and very cold today....and later...throw in a snow storm and you got winter in the foothills...hooray

Spent an hour clearing the driveway in warm (20F) sunny windless weather.
What happens next?
It's cloudy & snowing.

Can life get any better for a competitive snow shoveler!

Did you ever consider that if you're on top of a tall building looking down, an uncle would look like an ant?

Which uncle? The brother of the father or the brother of the mother?

In Arabic they have two different names btw :)

And, thank you for your blessing Revolt. I read it between the lines :D

That's the beauty of English, ie, one needn't know more than one word for "uncle".
Although, "avuncular" is useful & fun.

I was trying to be subtle....was my congratulation so obvious?
I'll have to work on being more inscrutable.
Don't wanna be scrutable.
