Sure you can have it without cheese curd. They call it "fries and gravy". ;)

BTW - if you prefer mozzarella, you could always go for Italian poutine with meat sauce instead of gravy. Yum.

I just found info on my great-great grandfather's naturalization papers as well as an exact birth date, exact spelling of his and his wife's names.


I am stoked!!!

I've had abit to drink tonight. A few beers, a few shots of Jager, and what I call sludge, a mixture of mostly Kahlua, about 1/4 of the mix in Baileys, and a taste of Buttershots. Very good, very tasty, and it gets the job done.
