It takes away your right of denial. Please, I need to remind you that copying me does not work when you are the one that is wrong.
Oh my! Are you being serious? Where have I copied what you said? I'm simply trying to get you to be an honest debater here, and have been pointing out your errors to help you to do that.
Would you like me to show you again?

So what? The question asked in a court of law would be whether the heart attack was likely to happen without all of the stress of the insurrection. High stress can cause heart attacks.

If high stress is part of a job, then the person with bad health shouldn't be doing that job.
Good grief! If you ever get pulled over by a cop while driving, I guess you should be afraid of being liable for murder if the cop suddenly has a heart attack while writing you a ticket.

LMAO!! The insurrection was far beyond the normal high stress that a police officer faces. Now you are just making things up because you know that you are are wrong.

Hardly extremist. There are many on the right that agree. It was found to be an insurrection that Trump started by the judge that ruled for Trump in Colorado. You are so far off in right wing la la land that you cannot recognize a centrist position.

Nobody, including Trump, was ever even charged with being an insurrectionist. Insurrection would first need to be defined to match the protest that happened that day. What is your definition of insurrection? Nobody else seems to have one.

So what? How does that help you? Trump was charged for many of the elements of insurrection.

A Colorado judge on Friday allowed Donald Trump to remain on the ballot in the state's election next year, but found that he "engaged in insurrection" by sparking the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by his supporters.

We know with certainty that Trump was trying, such as his telling the Georgia SoS to "find 11, 780 votes" so he could beat Biden. Did you ever listen to that recording? You can find it on YouTube.

Absolutely he did, which is clearly why he didn't tell his supports to go home until almost 4 hours after the assault on the Capitol occurred, instead watching all unfold on tv according to those who saw him.

It addresses the day you guys love so much, and correctly states how many lives where lost that day. If you want to change it so that it encompasses any death that ever takes place in the future that can be conveniently connected to that date, then you could artificially inflate the number as high as you want.
It appears you've misunderstood and gotten it backwards.
"We" don't love January 6th. Quite the opposite, in fact. I still can't even believe that I actually saw what I watched go down that day in my beloved USA.

It's MAGAs who carried out January 6th on behalf of Dear Leader. It's MAGAs who "love so much" that day. I was appalled by it.

Maybe she loves 9/11. That is the only explanation that I can think of. You know, it did give us an excuse to invade two other countries and raise all sorts of havoc. Yeehaw!! Gonna get me some guns!

I've heard it. So what does "find" mean? It means to locate something that already exists. If those votes existed, why shouldn't they be found and counted?

If you don't love it so much, you shouldn't talk about it so much.

That was far too little and far too late. He knew that he lost at that time. Or are you going to claim that he was mentally ill as well. He had lost 60 lawsuits where judges that he appointed said there was no evidence. He was told by his own top aides that he lost. He should have been honest far earlier than that.
So that is your standard, what you think he should have done. You would have had no problem if he said that 3 hours earlier?

So he started out with a lie. How is that supposed to help?

He was still lying. Is he trying to get the crowd mad at him for thinking that they are idiots? Once again, how is lying about the election supposed to help?

Too late for that. One member of an armed mob was shot dead when she foolishly crossed a line that could not be crossed. Nor were they respecting the police officers. They almost crushed one and probably, it cannot be prove, to blame for the fatal stroke of an officer later that day.

It is not a claim, it was obvious that he waited too long. He should have done it immediately, and as you know, Trump was well aware that he was lying. He could not have meant it.
So believing something that is untrue is a lie? Your interpretation does not allow anyone ever to question an election. He has the right to question it. He never said for anyone to riot.
