On question: it's like a person who has a a medical problem and a surgery can save their life, meaning they can save their own inner balance. As the old saying goes .. "You can polish a turd to look like a gem but underneath its still a turd"

Surgery can change your looks but surgery can never change who you are.....On question: it's like a person who has a a medical problem and a surgery can save their life, meaning they can save their own inner balance.
Do you think they give a damn about what others think of themselves after the surgery?
I don't think so, dear.
Why do you focus on looks? Appearances are deceiving.Surgery can change your looks but surgery can never change who you are.....
So in other words...You can polish a turd to look like a gem but underneath its still a turd"
Why do you focus on looks? Appearances are deceiving.
The endocrine system is about the psyche. The well-being of the brain.
I guess you do know that if you removed your genitalia with surgery, your brain and your psychological welfare would completely change. And your body will start to change irreversibly, as well.
No...absolutely not.Would your DNA change? Nope.
Hence again..... You can polish a turd to look like a gem but underneath its still a turd"
And carbon under high pressure becomes a diamond. As the old saying goes .. "You can polish a turd to look like a gem but underneath its still a turd"

No. There is no "all the way" as not everyone does the same things, even medically, to transition. Not everyone even can. Hardly any trans men and only about half of trans women get genital surgery. I don't really know why people keep obsessing over the genitals of trans people, and it's really quite rude. People don't walk around with their bits exposed, as if that's how we tell someone is a man or woman. It's irrelevant to daily life, except when it comes to having sex with someone. Those surgeries are very expensive, full of risks and potential complications and aren't all that great in many cases, anyway.Would that be someone who transition all the way(private parts and etc)?
Some people can't go on hormone therapy, for example, because they have health issues and can't take it. There's practical reasons there.Would this be someone who stays as they were born but lives as another gender?
What is a soul? What is an endocrine system, how is the male endocrine system different from the female endocrine system? And what affect do they have on the body?It improves because the men who have a female soul, can finally have an endocrine system similar to that of a biological woman. So they take hormones, they have surgery, the voice becomes feminine, the face becomes feminine.
Same as a woman who feels her endocrine system is that of a man.
1:10 I do want to undergo the surgical intervention because the greatest suffering of mine is my genitalia.
Yeah; that's what I'm trying to do."How does one's life improve by adopting a gender that is different from your biology?"
You would have to ask those that have adopted such as to their life improvements.
IMO they are the only ones that can answer that question.
What we are like on the inside. What is a soul? What is an endocrine system? And what affect do they have on the body?
So the soul is strictly mental, something based on your thoughts; is that correct? What we are like on the inside.
Psychologists study the soul, since psyche means soul in Greek.
So when a trans person gets surgery, they get their entire endocrine system, all of those organs and glands replaced with a system of the opposite sex? Is this top? Or bottom surgery. The endocrine system is the body apparatus producing hormones. It's made up of many organs, such as thyroid, hypothalamus, adrenal glands, ovaries, etc...etc...
Absolutely not. They need to use artificial hormones of the opposite sex to fix the lack of hormones. So when a trans person gets surgery, they get their entire endocrine system, all of those organs and glands replaced with a system of the opposite sex? Is this top? Or bottom surgery.
That is good, it is good to seek understanding.Yeah; that's what I'm trying to do.
Would your DNA change? Nope.

Okay; so if I understand you correctly, the endocrine system is the physical, and the soul is the mental. When a person is born with a (example) male endocrine system but has a female soul, they work to align the endocrine system (physical) with the soul (mental); rather than visa versa, is that correct? If so, how is the female soul different from the male soul?Absolutely not. They need to use artificial hormones of the opposite sex to fix the lack of hormones.
Oh...I don't know...Okay; so if I understand you correctly, the endocrine system is the physical, and the soul is the mental. I can’t understand why someone would wanna watch soccer or a fashion show for 90 minutes. However I do understand there are both men and women who love watching these thing; and the preferences of each do not always divide along gender lines.Oh...I don't know...
I really fail to understand what's the point of going to a soccer stadium to watch 22 guys kicking a ball. For 90 minutes. I could understand 30 minutes....
but 90? Omg...That's something I will never understand.
While it's more pleasant to watch 90 minutes of fashion show or of romantic movie.

How do you suppose this idiom fits exactly? It implies a thing or situation that can't be improved. If transitioning has improved the lives of those who have done it, then the idiom doesn't work.As the old saying goes .. "You can polish a turd to look like a gem but underneath its still a turd"
