The problem is that we don't know how much of it is biological, psychological, social, etc. That is why there is so much research on the matter, including non-sociological research. I don't think it's possible to claim with any certainty that gender dysphoria is a primarily social phenomenon at this point in time.

In my country gender dysphoria is a very delicate situation where the person is completely disconnected from the endocrine and the sexual apparatus that nature provided them. And that can be corrected through medicines and surgery. It's an error of nature.

That's unequivocally false. I'm sorry, but how do you know the endocrinological health of every American transgender person? How do you know what caused my gender dysphoria? Who are you to say? Are you my doctor?

Firstly, I don't know what "fully" transitioning means. Secondly, they can seek whatever partner they want. Transitioning doesn't affect your sexuality. You can be a trans woman who is attracted to women, or a trans man who is attracted to men, or both.

In this situation we have a transwoman and a transman who conceived their kids naturally. This means that the transwoman impregnated the transman and so the transwoman is the father of the kids. And the transman is the mother.

That's biology. Either you are a mother or a father.
That's why in my country the State requires surgery so trans people can't procreate.
Because it's an error of nature. And surgery and medicine correct this error.

Otherwise the State has nothing to correct.
