Get it right. Be accurate. This amount was only correct when the order was signed. The interest will keep adding to the final amount until the whole amount is paid. So the final cost to Trump is unknown, but certainly higher than the amount you just cited.

And we might as well add in the $83.3 million owed to Carroll.

And let's not forget all the mortgages that Trump has on most of his properties. He doesn't own them outright, he has loans on them. So even if these properties are seized the mortgages have to be paid off before any sale price is counted. And plus the taxes that Trump will owe on the sales.
