Heakthcare in the U.S. is exorbitantly expensive due to government policy. The market didn't do that, government did. Quality has also diminished because of GOVERNMENT.

Most people cannot fathom living lives where there isn't an army of bureaucrats directing their lives. The consequence is a much lower standard of living.

I don't know about Italy but I have seen how the U.S. government has caused our healthcare costs to sure while quality has diminished. Do Italian taxpayers have to pay the healthcare of 40+ MILLION illegal immigrants as do American taxpayers?

But I would like to understand why the healthcare costs are an issue and the warfare costs are not.

Undoubtedly there is a massive money-laundering operation occurring in which big chunks of that aid are finding their way into the pockets of the Washington establishment. The American government is a massive organized crime organization.

If you want me to be honest, I couldn't care less about Russia or Ukraine. I mean...they are incredibly similar cultures at war with one another because of God knows what reason. They could easily find a territorial compromise, and yet they won't.

I perfectly agree with you on the US Government (also the EU establishment, same thing). It's the Military Industrial Complex, the Deep State. My concern was entirely addressed to the American commoners, who deserve an affordable healthcare system. At least affordable. Because we are speaking of the first world power.
