Unbridled Capitalism is self-destructive

Sorry, but I'm not one of the straw men that live in your head. Like I said, lock up anyone actually guilty of such crimes. But you on the other hand hero worship a man who has admitted to and found liable for sexual abuse.

I'll pray for your soul.

You are dishonest.

He was still a socialist and a leftist.
Nope, and he did not act like a socialist or a Marxist. It's obvious you didn't read my source, which tells me you're more into any political bend that suits your fancy whereas objective evidence is not of your concern.

I read Mussolini's own manuscripts and you're citing Wikipedia. Please.

Irrelevant. If fascism is a far-right ideology, why then did FDR and a gazillion other leftists love it so much?

What gives you the idea that FDR and other leftists loved fascism? The most salient feature of fascism is nationalism, which is why fascism is considered a far-right, militaristic ideology.

You read them in Italian, eh? It also depends on which period he wrote as he changed.

Maybe get this book, written by a woman who's considered to be one of the best authorities on fascists: "Strongmen: From Mussolini to the Present" by Ruth Ben-Ghiat

Are you familiar with Mahatma Gandhi? He was a nationalist.

Abraham Lincoln was a nationalist.

Ho Chi Ming was a nationalist.

Were they right-wing too?

Technically, I suppose one could make the argument, though there's a distinction to be made between malignant nationalism - which can be aggressive, racist, and imperialistic - and more of a liberationist nationalism which is often defensive and used as a counter to colonial oppression. However, even the latter form of nationalism can degenerate into malignancy if left unchecked. That's why it's highly problematic whenever anyone of a liberal or leftist bent embraces nationalism, since it can lead to ideological contradictions.

Please disregard everything I said and please accept my heartfelt apology for expressing the wrong view. I've learned my lesson.

Mussolini has never stopped being a socialist.
I don't know what you mean by "he wasn't a socialist".
What is a socialist, then?
