What is nonbinary?

Can a man who identifies as a woman give birth,
You've just done it again!

and don’t pull the pathetic argument that some woman cannot give birth, you know they have the tools but are damaged. Can a man give birth if he identifies as a woman. No he cannot, because he is not just a label.
The fact that you still don't understand how contradictory this argument is is hilarious. I've explained it to you SO MANY TIMES.

You can call yourself a woman sure, and live like one.
Does not make you one, be a non conformist if you like but show me a child born of one of these so called woman.
Nonbinary would not necessarily want to be called a woman, since they are nonbinary and woman is a binary term.

On State ID, nonbinary would use the X designation under gender instead of M for male or F for Female.
Here is a sample ID from my State for nonbinary designation:

Do all states have this option?

I'm so tired of any form that requests race/ethnicity/gender - I'm not nonbinary, but prefer not to label myself with any information other than work experience, education, professional affiliations, what is relevant.

Not yet. You can get federal documents with X gender marker, and these states:

Oklahoma is the only state I can find that has preemptively banned the X gender designation. (Not surprised at that.)

And how do you identify someone's biology?
If you have XY chromosomes instead of XX, if you have a testosterone level between 900-1200 instead of 20-25, If you have a prostate instead of a uterus, if you have testes instead of ovaries, ( I could go on, but I think you get my point) you are a biological male; not a female.

Then I suppose you do a physical examination and genetic testing when you meet someone in order to determine their sex?
No; I go by appearances. If the person looks like a biological male, I assume they are. If I guess wrong, I apologize and continue in light of the new information.

Correction; it happens throughout the body; not just between your legs. And this is regardless of whatever might be going on inside of your head.

But your head is biology and a part of your body. If you get the wrong genes, it can mess up your brain.

The label "man" is.

No, they can deny it if the label doesn't fit.

True. Which is why this social construct is subjective.

A fact you have yet to meaningfully explain or define.

So far, your argument boils down to "men are men, and that is a fact".

I mean, I agree. But you haven't actually meaningfully defined what IS a man, except that it cannot possibly be a TRANS man.

I disagree, and have given a very simple and consistent argument and definition as to why. You can't keep your arguments straight, and you have yet to provide a definition. You're just talking in circles.

You literally have no idea what men or women are.
Perhaps instead of using gender/social construct terms like Man or Woman to describe people, we should start using biological terms that are applied to all mammals like male and female to avoid confusion. All mammals are binary; either male or female, and according to natural science, all humans are mammals. Do you agree? If not, explain why.

No, all humans are not binary in strong terms according to the last science as I understand it.

Male/Female are biological terms, as opposed to man/woman which is gender. In biology there is no such a thing as nonbinary; this is the case for all mammals, not just humans.

If binary is in reference to male/female, then it is. All mammals are either biological male or biological female. This is regardless of what's going on inside of your head.

Well, it is late here. But as always I have learned more than since I was taught that in school. And it seems to me, that we are play simple, but not simpler.
