Not a chance. Regardless of sexual leanings, tRump has TERRIBLE policies that will only cripple and divide our nation. If tRump keeled over from a heart attack today (Oh please! Oh please!) and the Buttigieg switched parties and took up the exact same platform as tRump had, the left-wing would turn away from him in disgust.
However, even though the platform would remain identical, a large portion of the right-wing voters (if not most of them) would refuse to vote for him, because the righties are ignorant and impotent moronic little homophobes, with a cult-crush on Donny.

It is just some warlike centrism funded by the military Industrial Complex, who says they are cool just because they defend abortion and LGBT rights.
