Probably,he does blame Statin for the collapse of the USSR though but he's definately a fan.
But there is no evidence of a genocide but i'm sure there's a video where he say's there is.
Would you want to live in a country that purges dissidents,I hope there is just peace between Russia and the West.

It depends upon what constitutes a "traitor".
Political speech & beliefs at odds with government
appear to be Putin's criteria. If you always agree
with Putin, you should be safe. But this means
there's no political opposition, & that news is only
what Putin says it must be.

This is more a civil war than war as we know it,according to Human right watch violations by both sides in 2014 but nothing about genocide.

In my country I have unlimited freedom of speech.
In fact I diss my Prime Minister 24/7.
In Russia, there is not the same freedom of speech, as far as I know. But I know it not as bad as certain fundamentalist countries
Traitor is a politician or a public servant that betrays their own people, and nation.
In Russia, a "traitor" is any dissident / protestor / newscaster
who airs full info about the invasion of Ukraine.
That's sad.
But in the West, people who go against the mainstream narrative are humiliated, dissed and called conspiracy theorists.
Are you saying that Russian censorship is equivalent
to rudeness in western social media?

I wondered because it appeared to counter

I'd have to brush up on my Russian.
It's been 50 years since I took a course
in it. The language came very naturally.
You only need two words,davoi,hurry up,go faster and stoi,stop,after stoi it can be followed by "bang"
Then my....
"Yah nee punny mah you"
....wouldn't be of any use.
"Yah vass lyu blyu" perhaps?
The only other phrase I remember is about
