What's For Dinner?

Today I am going to make a Greek style salad to eat with pita breads

I will make it using vegan feta

Haven't done this meal in a while but it always turns out nice

That's what we had the other day. The pita was cut into small squares, seasoned and baked to make pita croutons. Goes great with the feta.

Bologna sandwich -- it's HOT, I'm tired, and I have things to do, plus class tonight.

Not certain yet. I just snacked on a few peanuts and am heading out to a car cruise for the evening shortly. I'll probably have some carrots and hummus when I get home.

So unlike me... I just don't know what's for dinner and I'm too tired to care.

Maybe hubby or the children will put something together.

I should do this more often. Hubby has ordered Thai take away from a restaurant in the next village. Collect 19:00, so dinner will be a little late.

What he's ordered he is keeping as a surprise but the food is all good.

I laughed to myself at the irony of reading a Thai food menu in French.

Salix,
Easily amused

I was going to make another batch of curried spinach for saag paneer, but after spending all day running around in 90 degree heat with no A/C, I'm not feeing it. I'll just have this again...
Red Baron personal cheese pizza and baby carrots dipped in spicy hummus.
