So you accuse of philosophy to counter with requirements of faith. How quaint.
Not accuse, but thats it.

What is that "some thing" and where did that thing come from ?
That is philosophical thoughts.
It is either to believe that there is God then you are a believer or to believe that there is no God then you are a disbeliever (atheist)
We don't know. But the difference between you and science is that science is not afraid to say 'we don't know.' Saying that is the first important step to 'let's find out!' rather than the rather unimaginative, unoriginal and small-minded 'must be god' response.
Only those with an ego are afraid to say 'I don't know'.
Of course. Although the two beliefs are not at all similar when it comes to credibility.
Also, there is a difference between actively believing that there is no God, and just not believing that there is a God. Some people have just never considered the possibility of a God, and that's it, while others (including myself) have given it a lot of thought and examined the arguments for and against, and concluded that there is no God.
Some thing has to be before a someone. It took billions of years before a conscious being could emerge. Could you talk before you could think?
Lol, I wonder who tagged this "trollville".
There is no need to refute a bold empty claim. It isn't about being afraid or not but because they indeed don't know and won't know how to refute God's existence.
I have already said that i have the clues in the scripture which i believe in.
And in the scheme of regression.....Someone had to be First in mind and heart.
then He spoke.....I AM!
Are you implying substance first?
God is born of substance?
How can the dead beget life?
Why not God ?
Bold empty claims do not help you outside your choir.
That wasn't a claim.....just a line of good reason.
Can the dead bring forth life?
Substance first?
You wanna call it spirit fine but it has to be something unless god is nothing.
God is something.....Spirit.
more bold empty claims.That wasn't a claim.....just a line of good reason.
I have no idea what the rules are in your little world. Can the dead bring forth life?
Substance first?
more bold empty claims.
I have no idea what the rules are in your little world.
So something became something else the moment anything began. A default something was not dead but doesnt make it aware. You go to the extreme opposite to prove I am. If anything the singularity allows for an infinite type perception but a conscious entity is another level, more complex.
So go play in your own.
i find it exceedingly odd that atheists can accept any notion about who started the universe as long as the word God is excluded from it.
