What if we accepted each others Religion?

In the early times of Baha'i the battles with Shia troops were very bloody. I don't think that Baha'i embraces Shia Islam nor Sunni Islam at all. It doesn't support Christianity....etc....... I do wonder how a Baha'i World would accept anything but Baha'i..... We outsiders would not get the...

What if we accepted each others Religion?

Back in the 70s the UK Baha'i leadership was very hard nosed and stern. What I found with 'liberal' Bahá'ís was that they had not found out much about Baha'i but just enjoyed the easy-sell about 'Bahai is beautiful'.

Are You A Sincere Palestinian Supporter?

You got that wrong. Not many western people DO support any redistribution of land from 'colonisation'. That all happened over 70 years ago. What decent western people DO support today is for the protection of Palestinian civilian folks in Gaza......40,000 have been killed in a year and their...

    Why Do You Reject Jesus?

Hello Jimmy...... Whilst I do accept that Jesus was a real person I can't accept any ideas about Christ or living forever. My reason is that there is no evidence for these claims and beliefs. And History suggests strongly that Christians haven't believed in it either. Just look at what they've...

My new (old) faith: the Collective Enlightenment.

Hello anarchist.... :) I've read your post, and while I do believe in kindness and care I don't think that your proposal can fit with either humanity or the world in general. For a start you are an 'anarchist' and so you are unlikely to want to accept the rules and laws that communities need to...

Israel's academic history from the beginning.

@shunyadragon I've been reading about the early Israelites, Samaritans and Jews and what a proliferation of opinions there is, about timelines, geographies and human movements...... I'm going to make a 'timeline' list in to which I can insert the 'general' ideas that seem to exist between most...

Many many Chariot wheels found at bottom of Red sea.

Thank you. I've got lots of reading to follow, just from that post. I'll find your thread in historical debates so that I can reply to you there, but it will take some time for me to take in all that you have included here. All the best.....

Many many Chariot wheels found at bottom of Red sea.

I noticed a thread of yours from 2023, asking whether any were interested in following the bible back through whatever historical knowledge is known. On returning to post a note to you, I couldn't find the section where I'd seen that thread. !!! I've never researched 'historical support for OT...

    What do we really ‘know’

Absolutely! Several years ago in the UK a lot of young men wanted to wear loose jeans that hung down, showing their underpants. Eventually some of them were sewing their jeans half way down their underpants for the coolest look. :D
