    Near death experience

Every weekend I sit alone, with a wife that spends most of her time on social media with her family and friends in another country. I am not allowed to have any friends or social life anymore as I get older. The near death is more appealing as death.

    Verifiable evidence for creationism?

I created my ham and cheese omelet this morning. Prior to that, the Ham and Cheese, Bread and mayo, had know inkling that the other existed. I therefore became a god for a few minutes before I ate my creation. There were protesters, some of the iceberg lettuce fell (or jumped) out, but I put it...

    Meditation advice

I live in Thailand. I bought a didgeridoo from Australia off of ebay. I think it is some form of e-note, it is supposed proven to stop sleep apena. I'm learning the circular breathing technique and in hyper-oxygenating or maybe hyper-ventilating, I hit a neat sort of quiet calmness. My dog never...

Is Islam Compatible With Western Values?

The praying 5 times a day would be disturbing and already in a recent case, reason to fire a whole bunch of muslim workers. In that respect, no. If they did the same as the Pennsylvania Dutch, Mennonites, etc. and lived in colonies without disturbing the neighbors. Maybe. But who sees them...

How do/would you practicaly perceive adultery for your personal life?

Maybe a lot of people don't really know what or agree with the legal bond. It is, everywhere a legal contract with sole binding exclusivity. Agree with it or not. One should not sign on the contract if they don't either also agree that their word means nothing, or it does. Unless they have...

Cosmic Indifference: What do you do after you realise the Universe doesn't care?

I liked Sagan, great speaker and a way of relating very big things, to just how big they are. Probably spot on about the tiny spot we inhabit in the omniverse. I used to think Jim Morrison had a great way of looking at the short life he had on the speck. "Just gonna get his kicks before the...

    Near death experience

I tried to kill myself twice recently by drug overdose of prescription drugs. I have chronic back and nerve pain from breaking my back in two accidents. That combined with a family that makes life unbearable... This seems the best escape, they would/will be well looked after by investments they...
