Why is the ISIS version of Islam the "True" version? Isn't that a bit like saying that the Westboro Baptist Church represents true Christianity

Islam is not one monolithic thing - like any other religion, it comes in many shapes, sizes, and colours. That includes the Daesh/IS version, but is not limited to it.

You didn't really answer my question.
Majority of us Muslims in the West don't find it difficult to practice our religion in the West and take part in society.Majority of us are law abiding citizens who work, study and pay taxes. I'm sincerly confused, why do you assume it's so difficult for us? We have been living in the West for generations, so the majority of us are more Western than Eastern so I don't know what country or culture you are talking about we have to go back to.

Puh-Lease..the only thing ISIS knows is killing and opression. They are a extremist minority with a political agenda, they have killed more Muslims than non Muslims.
They don't represent Islam or the 1.6 bilion Muslims around the World.
