Potentially, considering California has the highest population of any state, at 38+million. Should more decide to vote it alone could be 50% or more of the popular vote. Considering 65 million voted for Hillary in the popular vote in 2016. Adding New York only increase that number.

Do you believe that 38+million only describes the number of voters in CA, or the whole population of CA?

Do you believe that each and every man, woman, and child, citizen and non-citizen alike, would be counted in a popular vote election?

Then do it already and stop talking about it. So boring.
As soon as you own up to your errors. If you can't be honest enough to do that there is no point. I am not wasting my time for you. You refuse to do your homework and I have offered to do it for you. Payment up front please.

Nope the just your blatant misrepresentations.

So another bluff then. Not surprising.

I guess we can put that little fairy tale to rest now can't we.;)
I don't bluff. You refuse to do your homework. I offered to do it for you. You are now not just running away. You are lying. The offer still stands.

One more question... Why would it matter how much of Hillary's vote came from any state? Surely a discussion on this topic would be concerned about Hillary's vote from any given state compared to the total US popular vote, would it not?

The whole population. That's why I said "potentially".

It's not beyond the realm of possibility.

Considering the DNC had been caught bussing in people to different districts to swing the vote in their favor.

I don't care about the past elections. Its behind us. The future is what matters.

Hypothetical:

Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that only eligible, registered voters vote and only once. Fairly and legally.

Given this parameter, could California (with or without New York) still be 50% of the total national popular vote?

In that exact hypothetical situation, no.
