Actually he is not the only one that can request to see it. Judicial Watch, for example, has filed a motion with the Court to see it. Your objection for why it should be kept from the public is speculation. The public has a legitimate right in seeing warrants unless there is some reason that supersedes that. No actual evidence has been submitted indicating that. Furthermore the Department of Justice has asked the Court to unseal it. That presupposes that the DOJ is not aware of any thing in the warrant that precludes it from public viewing. Remember it was the DOJ that requested the warrant and it was the DOJ that request it be sealed. The onus of it being sealed lies with them, not President Trump.

I believe that very soon we will hear that Donald Trump is objecting to the unsealing of the warrant.

Well cameras or not, I am pretty sure the FBI has a witness. Accusations of planting evidence are not likely to go anywhere.

The warrant was sealed. And that is SOP for such search warrants. They are more serious than your every day search warrant. With those a person does get a copy.

Isn't it odd that we can trust the government when there is not enough evidence to charge Trump with a crime, but we cannot trust the government when there is enough evidence to get a search warrant.

They are not being very clear as to what actually justified the warrant aside from 'classified documents' that Trump hadn't allegedly returned.

I don't think jail is up to the FBI.
While they can arrest & jail people, I think leaders
would be loath to do that to an ex-President.
They're rather above the law, traditionally.
