"Her penis" - not at all Orwellian - argh

Dixiecrats were southern red states, and were eventually absorbed by the republican party. Also, the KKK was started by former officers of the confederacy, whose flag and monuments are worshipped by present day republicans. Slavery, segregation, etc. all happened in the south, which is hardcore MAGA territory. There's a reason that hate groups are far right.

Wait,,,
So what you are saying is that Dixie-crats were Democrats that left the Democrat party because they were against extending civil rights?
Is it that they joined the Republican party or did they create the Republican party?

No, they left the Democrats and formed the Dixiecrats. This will explain it IMOP:

And? I said nothing to the contrary, so what's your point?

Here's just one example of violent trans activists. If you do a little internet searching you will find many more:

Now you might say "Well Posie Parker is hateful". In which case, you better go find an example of her being hateful.
If you demonize trans folk because activists misbehave,
then should you also demonize blacks? They (as a group)
demonstrate far more, & cause far more violence.
Oh, there are also white folk who do the same.

Who do you think dixiecrats would vote for today?
Maybe Joe Biden, he's been making racist comments all his career but those were tolerated for some reason? I suspect that there are many in the (D)'s who vote (D)'s to try to prove that they aren't the racist that they know they are.

Nice try, but you know the answer. Who flies the confederate flag today? Who defends confederate monuments? Are the southern states red or blue?

It's cute when conservatives claim Obama won because of his race and not because the republican platform was total trash.

A tiny fringe of people who vote for Trump but people like you want the entire GOP to be those people. You have been well trained while claiming to be independent.

Tell that to JK Rowling. You might want to look into how extensive and dangerous cancel culture has become when, for example, you refuse to repeat the lie "a trans woman is a woman".
Wait.... how much money did JK Rowling make after her "standing uo against the trans agenda" nonsense?

Of course not all conservatives are racists, but the vast majority of racists are conservative. Being a bigot is completely antithetical to being progressive.

Contempt prior to investigation guarantees a life of perpetual ignorance. You didn't watch the black female professor lay out the facts did you?

You have a nephew named Tommy. Your brother, Tommy’s father, approaches you.

Him: “Brother, I have exciting news. Tommy is all set for gender transition surgery!

I know he is only age 6 but ever since we saw a transgender person a year ago and had the gender conversation with him, he has been persistent. He has always acted more feminine. We wanted to get ahead of it before he started first grade at the public school. We had a little trouble, but we found a psychiatrist to clear him and a surgeon willing to do the procedure.

The surgeon said he can remove Tommy’s penis and a piece of his colon to make what sort of looks like a vagina. He’s going to have to regularly go in for minor procedures to prevent the wound from closing up, but the wife and I are very excited about this. She’s always wanted a girl! What do you think?”

You: “Sure go ahead.”

Do I have your response to this hypothetical situation correct?
I would say your hypothetical situation is ridiculous, and dare I say not representative of what is actually going on anywhere.
In fact, I think your hypothetical is demeaning towards trans people and parents of trans kids.

The objections to homosexuality, bisexuality, gender
dysphoria, & transitioning are also based on feelings,
either religious or revulsion. (There is no science to
show those conditions aren't real.)
I allow that people's feelings are real to them. And as
long as they aren't used to justify interfering with the
liberty of others, it's OK.
Transitioning is a major medical decision & process,
so especially when involving the young, there should
be great care & consideration. There will be errors in
the process, but the question is whether there is net
benefit if handled with a proper standard of care. My
perusal of the literature shows there is.

One could argue that anything based on "feelings"
is bogus, eg, depression, PTSD, anxiety, etc.
Yet people who suffer from them benefit from
treatment that can include drugs
. Gender dysphoria
can (but doesn't always) go farther with surgery.
What matters isn't that everyone else believe in
them....it's that treatment can be useful to improve
their lives.
Beat me to it!

The black female professor? Are you talking about the video you posted? I wouldn't know because I didn't watch it. I don't watch prageru videos. My time is valuable

Just warning people that prageru is known for lying and telling half truths while leaving out the other side. If people care about the truth, they should walk on when someone posts a prageru video. It won't be found there

When boys dress up like girls and go dominate girls' sports then I have an issue with it.

Maybe take a chill pill and let the leagues figure this out for themselves, as there are some negative repercussions with what you are proposing, especially since there are so few by percent of transgenders in sports. Your proposal would make them ineligible to play at all.
