I think that psychologically you need to believe that America has never committed a war crime in its entire history.

That would be wrong..... a historian would be better at that..... psychologist are not generally used to confirm or deny historical events. And before you go on your unsubstantiated attack mode to avoid inconvenient facts..... what was done to the Native Americans is, IMO, a war crime. And there have been others. Very few nations are without them, including Italy.... if their history (not psychology) is long enough
