Why are there still Monkeys?

Show me how a chimp can evolve to a human being

This one. Again. Every single time!

That statement indicates you don't know how evolution works, so I'm done with discussing it with you. There's no point debating with someone who has no understanding of the subject matter.

Did you observe a chimp evolving to human, we still have chimps and monkeys

Nobody is claiming that chimps evolved into humans.

Chimps and humans evolved from a common ancestor species a long time ago. After that ancestor species, a lot of hominid subspecies existed at different times before modern humans came along.

And, chimps and humans are not monkeys, we are apes.

Do you really not know or understand this, or are you joking and just looking how far you can take it and still have people trying to explain it?

And who is the common ancestor for both since you realize and understand how things evolved, was the common ancestor human like or chimp(ape) like.

It depends on what you mean by "human like" or "chimp like". Genetically the common ancestor would be just as different from modern day chimps as it would be from modern day humans. It was likely upright, walked bipedal, moved more like a modern human than a modern chimp. It was likely smaller than modern humans, closer in size to a modern chimp. Aesthetically, to a modern human eye, you would probably think it looked more like a chimp, but that is not really relevant from an evolutionary perceptive.

But of course this is something you could research yourself if you wanted to. All the information you could possibly want is right there literally at your fingertips right now. That is if you really sincerely wanted to find the answer.

Is it a guess work or there are some fossils for the common ancestor.

Whereas a new evidence shows that the last common ancestor was in Spain.
Don't confuse yourself. One is the common ancestor between humans in chimps. The move of humans into more northern climates came much latter than that and had nothing to do with this common ancestor.
