In my opinion, the options for the woman should stay the same. If the fetus cannot survive outside of the womb or without perpetual intervention (the method is not relevant), viability still applies.
Can you please define what is meant by 'viability of the fetus'?

If it would inspire action within the government to correct our own problems, I would be okay with this. The gawking rabble on Facebook would be mad, though.
We sure can! Nevertheless, we, as a country, have the opportunity to make a statement here. Other nations are more than welcome to make a similar stance against our government should we host events in the future.

I'll stop pulling punches, the human rights violations alone should be a wakeup call. I know it isn't that easy, but I would be in support of moving our business elsewhere. As long as we financially support their atrocities, they will continue.
