Nope. A payment to an attorney is a legal expense when paying for legal services. Repaying a loan isn't a legal service. It's more of a banking service. Had Trump rented space from an attorney, for example, his rent payments made to that attorney also would not be legal expenses.

Nope again. That's up to juries. If the case is overturned, it will likely be for a procedural error, Bragg will be free to relitigate it, and a second trial jury will render a second verdict.

When the appeals court questions it, they will actually get answers they will have to consider--unlike randos on internet forums.

Based on 12 random New Yorkers who were instructed by a biased judge. And the prosecutor (Alvin Bragg) is now in some hot water of his own:

Questionable people are now being questioned about their role in all this.

Note the purpose of the Committee. They have already reached a conclusion before the hearing,

Perhaps. Of course the judge could always instantly remand Trump. at least that seems to be a possibility in New York from various sources. And even if he does not do that he can always put him in jail for violating his gag order after he was repeatedly warned. Trump may avoid New York state on the 11th. Though that could seriously affect his campaigning since there will be quite a few states that would take him into custody for New York if the did that.

And that fits the definition of a kangaroo court. Those that make that false charge need to read the loaded language there. They have already made their mind up.
