Should Donald Trump be Sentenced to Jail for 34 Felonies?

No, this appears to be rather rare occurrence. If you want to claim that the jury got it wrong the burden of proof is upon you. In this case the evidence can be seen by everyone else and it is clear from the evidence that Trump is guilty.
It's actually up to the court of appeals to determine.

It Aint Necessarily So

It was a payment made to his attorney, and therefore a legal expense.
Nope. A payment to an attorney is a legal expense when paying for legal services. Repaying a loan isn't a legal service. It's more of a banking service. Had Trump rented space from an attorney, for example, his rent payments made to that attorney also would not be legal expenses.

Nope again. That's up to juries. If the case is overturned, it will likely be for a procedural error, Bragg will be free to relitigate it, and a second trial jury will render a second verdict.

Not really.
The jury did in fact declare Trump guilty.
34 times.

The appeal will simply determine if there is a legitimate (legal) reason to question the 34 guilty verdicts.
Lots of people already question it.
When the appeals court questions it, they will actually get answers they will have to consider--unlike randos on internet forums.

and the vast majority of them, you included, simply do not know what they are talking about.
Of course, that does not stop them from talking.

I mean, I did flat out state legitimate LEGAL reason....

Based on 12 random New Yorkers who were instructed by a biased judge. And the prosecutor (Alvin Bragg) is now in some hot water of his own:

Questionable people are now being questioned about their role in all this.

if you think I am going to watch a 12 hour video you have lost your mind.
Guessing the video is another Gish Gallop of stuff.

During a Gish gallop, a debater confronts an opponent with a rapid series of specious arguments, half-truths, misrepresentations, and outright lies in a short space of time, which makes it impossible for the opponent to refute all of them within the format of a formal debate.[2] Each point raised by the Gish galloper takes considerably more time to refute or fact-check than it did to state in the first place, which is known online as Brandolini's law.[3] The technique wastes an opponent's time and may cast doubt on the opponent's debating ability for an audience unfamiliar with the technique, especially if no independent fact-checking is involved or if the audience has limited knowledge of the topics.[4]

It's a video of the actual hearing--not edited, just the actual hearing.
Clicking on it would have revealed that. No guessing required.

You don't have to watch it.
Read this instead. It's got a nice Leftist slant to it to make it go down more smoothly for those with leftist tastes: Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Trump prosecutor Matthew Colangelo will appear before Congress July 12
Oh, goody another pointless political stunt by the current Congress which will no doubt be just as pointless as all the other recent embarrassments for the Republican party.

What was that definition of insanity about expecting different results?

Note the purpose of the Committee. They have already reached a conclusion before the hearing,

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET to examine Alvin Bragg's political prosecution of President Trump. With his unprecedented politicized indictment of President Trump, Manhattan District Attorney Bragg has opened the door for politically motivated prosecutions of federal officials by state and local prosecutors. Other ambitious state prosecutors have already followed Bragg's lead and pursued politically motivated indictments of President Trump.

Perhaps. Of course the judge could always instantly remand Trump. at least that seems to be a possibility in New York from various sources. And even if he does not do that he can always put him in jail for violating his gag order after he was repeatedly warned. Trump may avoid New York state on the 11th. Though that could seriously affect his campaigning since there will be quite a few states that would take him into custody for New York if the did that.

And that fits the definition of a kangaroo court. Those that make that false charge need to read the loaded language there. They have already made their mind up.
